Then with the breath, one breath per connection;
- connect to your good friends, happy family and other people in your life. Do this for a few minutes.
- connect to places that have been important in your life, the people in these places. Again do this for a few minutes.
- connect to importing things, objects in your life and through these to people and places. Do this for a few minutes.
