Oneness Meditation

  • Sit, Quieten and connect to Breath.
  • Relax and Soften from your head to your toes.
  • Breathe, Relax and Quiet.

Then with the breath, one breath per connection;

  • connect to your good friends, happy family and other people in your life. Do this for a few minutes.
  • connect to places that have been important in your life, the people in these places. Again do this for a few minutes.
  • connect to importing things, objects in your life and through these to people and places.  Do this for a few minutes.
